The battery of your InvizBox Go has become swollen or deformed.
Identifying a swollen battery
A swollen battery can be identified by the case of the InvizBox Go deforming or in some extreme cases completely opening up due to the expanded battery.
Why is this happening
Lithium Ion batteries can become deformed as a result of generation of gases per normal degradation of the battery cell over time. The swollen battery should not pose a safety risk. However you should take care not to pierce or damage the swollen battery.
