How to get logs from the InvizBox Go

NOTE: this only applies to InvizBox Go's running a firmware older than 4.1.12

• Login to the Invizbox Go Adminstration UI
• Change to Expert Mode
• Navigate to System - > System Log
• 

• Copy the contents of the output from that screen and you can send it on to support@invizbox.com
