Your InvizBox 2 is connected to your router, your VPN credentials are entered and correct but you are unable to reach the internet when connected to the InvizBox 2.
What is a content filter?
Certain ISP's will use content filters to screen incoming traffic and block certain online resourced from being accessed. These content filters may interfere with the operations of your InvizBox 2.
Sky Broadband Shield is a content filtering tool that is available to Sky Broadband users. If you are using Sky Broadband and are encountering connectivity issues with your InvizBox 2 you may need to allow VPN access by following the steps in this guide. Follow the steps in the guide to allow access for all VPN servers.
Note: Most broadband providers in the United Kingdom will have some sort content filtering system. If you are encountering connectivity issues with your InvizBox 2 and you are based in the UK you may need to enable VPN access on your ISP's content filter or to disable the content filter all together.
