You have opened the 'Devices' tab of the Admin Interface and you can see multiple entries for the same device.
How the InvizBox identifies devices.
Each device on a network has a MAC (Media Access Control) address, this is a 12 digit code that is used to identify and distinguish devices from one other. When a device is connected to the InvizBox, your devices sends it's MAC address to the InvizBox so that the InvizBox can identify it.
Some devices have a security feature that randomizes the MAC address that is sent, this means that each time the device is connected to the InvizBox, the InvizBox thinks it is a totally different device and lists it again in the 'Devices' tab.
What can you do?
Turn off MAC address randomization on the device you are connecting to your InvizBox 2, this can usually be done in your saved network settings. If unsure, search online for the method of doing this for your particular device. If you require any assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team: support@invizbox.com
