    Where can I download this file? Logging into my admin interface or waiting an hour doesn't bring up the update. Tons of errors in the logs.

    You don't need to download a file, your InvizBox 2 does that for you when the update is available and then you update from the Firmware page in your Administration Interface.

    If you feel that this is not working on your device, don't hesitate to contact support. They'll guide you through it.

    Errors in the log are typically not an issue, they tend to reflect that no update were published.

    it's a scamme company , I am writing regarding my order no. 65458, placed on August 16, 2024, for the purchase of an InvizBox Go for NordVPN. As of today, 06/12/2024, I have not received any information about the status of my order or its delivery.

    This delay is unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, particularly the lack of communication. I have received no tracking confirmation or clear response from your team.
