You received an email from InvizBox with tracking information for your package, however the tracking has not been updated in a few days. Here are a few possible scenarios.
Local postal service
The package has been handed over to your local postal service and tracking is now managed by them. Try to enter the tracking number we provided you in to your national postal service's tracking system (you can usually find this on their website).
USA bound orders will be handled by USPS for the final leg of the journey.
Local delays
Check your local postal service's website to see if they are encountering any delays.
When should you contact InvizBox
If your tracking has not been updated in 30 days and you have not received your InvizBox device please get in touch with our support team at support@invizbox.com.
