You can cancel your order at any time before shipping for a full refund by using our contact form. After shipping, you can return an unopened, undamaged InvizBox product at your own shipping expense for a refund of the unit cost (less shipping) within 30 days of receipt of the product. Opened but unused InvizBox products can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days of receipt of the product.
For returns under warranty, the cost of return to us will be borne by the purchaser. If your return is within warranty and the defect has not been caused by user damage there are no handling charges for the repair and subsequent return to the purchaser. If the defect is not covered under warranty (e.g. where there is a fall/impact or water damage, improper use or that the product is outside the manufacturer’s warranty) we will send you a quotation for repairs.
You can choose whether you agree with the repair (at the specified amount) or refrain from further settlement. In the latter case, your product will be sent back to you with a bill for any research and / or transport costs.

This article is pretty useless when you don't reply to any open tickets… Ordered 9 months ago, never got an email update of any kind and 3 open ticket unanswered.

The service appears to be down, if you check the logs they reference a server at update.invizbox.com which the DNS record for resolves to an IP. If you port scan that IP and ping it it is almost certainly down. The invizbox firmware appears to be on github so I'm considering adjusting the device to work with my own vpn.
VPNCity service which I purchased via Invizbox was going down on regular intervals as well. Wouldn't be surprising if they haven't paid their partners/suppliers.

Purchased GL-Inet VPN router and Proton VPN service, replacing Invizbox hardware.
If someone could provide updated firmware on github for Invizbox hardware that would definitely be of interest.

i had been using invizbox (the 1st one they made) for more than a few years! i believe its been 7 years, heck, i dont remember. whenever i had problems, i would write to the CS, and they would reply max in 3 days. but recently, according to my log here, its been 4months since any action from invizbox CS. right now im just trying to cancel my subscription, BUT i have lost my account information! DO NOT LOSE IT, guys! in order for you to cancel your yearly subs, go to the website (not this support website) and submit your cancellation. right now i only receive nothing when i click on “lost password” (ON THE WEBSITE, not this support website).
You should be able to revert charges on the credit card or PayPal where the payment is deducted. Worked for me as Invizbox don't challenge the refund
