You have purchased an InvizBox device and wish to change the shipping address for your package.
User with an InvizBox account
If you opted in to have an InvizBox account created for you at checkout you can change your shipping address by doing the following:
- Log in to the My Account section on our website: https://shop.invizbox.com/dashboard/
- Once logged in go to the "Customer Profile" page.
- Locate the "Shipping address" section and select "Edit".
- Enter in your new shipping address and select "Save address".
Note: You should notify the InvizBox team that you have updated your shipping address by contacting us at support@invizbox.com. This will prevent the package from being sent to the old shipping address in the event your shipment has been processed already.
User who checked out as a Guest
If you do not have an InvizBox account you will need to get in touch with us at support@invizbox.com. If you can, email us from the same email account you used to complete your purchase and quote your order number. This will expedite the verification process and we will be able to amend your shipping address immediately.
