Background information
Read this article in full before following the procedure.
For most people this process will be performed in 2 steps. An upgrade to the latest firmware version and then a reset of the device.
If you are using IPVanish (the majority of users will not be), you will need to perform one additional step.
If you have an InvizBox VPN account, you do not need to perform the second step in this guide. Step 2 is only applicable to customers who are using an InvizBox Go for IPVanish.
If you are not sure what version of the InvizBox Go you are using please get in touch with our support team at support@invzbox.com.
Step 1 - Upgrade to the latest version
Download the firmware file from the bottom of this article.
You will need to follow the steps in this article and upgrade your InvizBox Go to firmware the latest firmware. In Step 5 of the linked article ensure that you DO NOT keep the settings.

Step 2 - IPVanish firmware only
NOTE: This step is only for IPVanish customers. If you have an InvizBox VPN account please skip this step and move to Step 3.
You will need to set your InvizBox Go to work with IPVanish manually, for InvizBox VPN users this will happen automatically.
You will need an empty USB drive, once you have one please follow the procedure outlined in this article:

Step 3 - Reset your InvizBox Go
Finally you will need to reset your InvizBox Go. You can find out how to do this here:

You can use either of the methods mentioned in the above article to reset your InvizBox Go.
Once the reset has been completed you should be up to date.
