How do I renew my VPN subscription

Your InvizBox VPN subscription is about to expire and you wish to know how to renew it.

Renewing your subscription

The InvizBox VPN subscription renews automatically. They payment method used when you purchased your InvizBox device will be used to renew your subscription.

You can view your payment methods by logging in to "My Account" section our website (https://www.invizbox.com/) on the customer "Customer Profile" page.

How do I change my payment method

At the bottom of the "Customer Profile" page you will find the "Payment Methods" sub-heading. Here you will see all of your currently registered payment methods and a button allowing you to add additional payment methods.

Currently the only way to add a new payment method is by purchasing an item on the shop while logged in.
