Purchased after October 2017:
Your VPN account details are flashed on your Invizbox Go. This means you shouldn't be expecting them to be sent to you. This also means that you don't need to remember them.
Purchased before October 2017:
You have just received your new InvizBox product and the card states that you should have received your account details per email. You go to your email and don't see them there.
- Check your spam folder (for some reason, it seems some of our VPN credentials emails end up there)
- If you can't see it either in your inbox or spam folder, open a support ticket with us (Submit a request - higher on this page)
Note: your VPN credentials will only be sent to you at the time of shipment (not at the time of your order)
