If you think that your connection is currently slower than expected, there could be a few things that you can act on.
VPN Location (far away or saturated)
- Go to your InvizBox Go Interface
- Navigate to the VPN Location page (using the menu)
- Select a geographically closer VPN endpoint (or if you want to stay in a particular country, try alternate endpoints)
InvizBox Go Connectivity
- Move you InvizBox Go closer to the Wi-Fi hotspot it is connected to (home router, modem, ...)
- Move your phone or computer closer to the InvizBox Go
Connected to a slow network
- If you are able to do so, verify the speed on the network you're connecting your Invizbox Go to. It could be the limiting factor.
